How to make caesar salad dressing

    • Combine all of your salad dressing ingredients in a blender, food processor, or in a mixing bowl and using an immersion blender.
    • Blend them together until smooth.

Note that you can use anchovies paste instead of an anchovy fillet. The recipe card has the details on that. 😉

Does Caesar dressing have raw eggs?

While traditional caesar dressing does contain raw eggs, this recipe does not. Instead of using raw eggs, we use mayonnaise (which is made of eggs) but completely safe to eat as-is.

This makes it a great salad dressing to enjoy without the fear of raw eggs.

    How to store leftover dressing

I keep my leftover dressings stored in a mason jar with a fitted dressing pour spout. You can keep yours stored the same way or keep it stored in another airtight container in the fridge.

It should last up to a week this way, just shake or stir before use to help mix everything back together if it separates.
