- Crush your Oreos until they are fine and even.
- Add in the cream cheese and combine well.
- Portion out the mixture into rounded tablespoons and then chill for 5-10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals inside a microwave-safe bowl. Stirring between each to help the chocolate get nice and smooth.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the mint chocolate and set on a lined sheet tray to set.
- Place in the fridge for a few minutes to harden more quickly.

- Crush the Oreos in the food processor using the pulse action until the crumbs are fine and smooth.
- Add in the cream cheese and continue until well mixed.

These mint Oreo truffles can last up to 3 weeks if properly stored within the fridge. Once the chocolate has set, you can safely place all of them inside an airtight container and keep them in the fridge. - 1 package Oreos
- 6 ounces cream cheese softened
- 20 ounces mint chocolate see note
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo's by hand or in a food processor until the crumbs are fine and even.
- Add the cream cheese and combine well. If you are using a food processor, you can add the cream cheese in the food processor.
- Portion out the mixture into rounded tablespoons. Chill for 5-10 minutes.
