Zucchini in the Air Fryer

Learn how to make crispy, flavorful Zucchini in the Air Fryer with this simple 12-minute recipe. Perfectly seasoned air fryer zucchini using just 5 ingredients for a super quick and easy side dish.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Fold the ingredients together until the zucchini is evenly coated in oil and spices.
Transfer the zucchini to your air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through at the 6-minute mark. (Set a timer if needed!)
Remove the zucchini from the air fryer and serve while still hot.
Notes
Peel or No Peel: While you are welcome to peel your zucchini before slicing it, it is not necessary.Cut Uniformly: Slice your zucchini into consistent thickness (about ¼ to ½ inch) to ensure even cooking. Uniform pieces will all finish at the same time, preventing some from being overcooked while others remain underdone.Alternative Flavorings: Other spices you can add to your zucchini include onion powder, paprika, and lemon pepper seasoning.Storage & Reheating:
You can store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Place a paper towel in the storage container to absorb excess moisture.
Reheat in the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Keep in mind that reheated zucchini will be slightly softer than when freshly made.
For crispier results, try reheating in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 350°F.
