  • 12 ounces mixed vegetables
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  • Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir occasionally until almost all the liqiud has evabporated about 8 minutes.
