Tender meatballs smothered in a creamy and delicious Alfredo sauce - what could be better? My alfredo meatballs recipe is the perfect dinner for any occasion. Meatballs with alfredo sauce are super quick and easy, yet oh so delicious. It's a winning combination that everyone will enjoy!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound meatballs (frozen, cooked)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (fresh, minced)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except parsley in a mediums saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir regularly until the cream is bubbly, the meatballs are heated, and the cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve.

Notes

  • If you have issues with cream curdling, try tempering it by gradually warming it before adding the rest of the ingredients.
  • Try adding some red pepper flakes for a little spice or some dried herbs like Italian herbs for an extra kick.
  • The success of this dish largely depends on the quality of your Parmesan - use freshly grated cheese. 
  • For a super easy dinner, just cook up some pasta and serve the meatballs and sauce over the top.
