Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ham and cheese sliders are a delicious crowd-pleaser sandwich that is perfect for game day appetizers and entertaining. Made with layers of warm ham and melty cheese inside a soft roll, make this one mouthwatering dish everyone will agree on!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 package sweet rolls (or regular rolls)
  • 6 slices provolone cheese (or swiss or your favorite)
  • 6 slices ham (thick cut, 12 slices thin cut)
  • ⅓ cup mayonaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley (dried or fresh)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
  • Slice the package of sliders in half lengthwise. 
  • Place the bottom half of the sweet rolls on a sheet tray or in a glass baking dish. 
  • Combine the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, sage, honey, salt, and pepper. 
  • Spread the sauce evenly on the top and bottom half (cut side) of the sweet rolls. 
  • Lay down the slices of ham evenly on the bottom half of the sweet rolls. 
  • Lay down the slices of cheese evenly on top of the ham. 
  • Place the top of the sweet rolls on. 
  • Combine melted butter and parsley and brush over the top of the sweet rolls. 
  • Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
