Easy Raspberry Danish with Puff Pastry

This Raspberry Danish recipe will turn puff pastry into an amazing breakfast treat that's surprisingly easy to make at home. With a luscious cream cheese filling, sweet raspberry jam, and fresh berries, these delightful pastries bring the perfect balance of tangy and sweet flavors to your breakfast table!
Combine cream cheese, sugar, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
Divide the cream cheese between the puff pastry sections.
Layer the raspberry jam over the top of the cheese mixture.
Fold in the corners to the center over the cheese and raspberry jam.
Combine the egg and water. Whisk well.
Brush over the puff pastry squares. Set aside.
Bake for 15 -20 minutes or until golden brown.
Once cooled, place fresh raspberries on top of the jam.
Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze and sprinkle with orange zest.
