Easy Cracker Candy Recipe

This easy cracker candy recipe is the perfect party snack, game day snack, or after lunch snack. Sweet and salty with 3 ingredients and just 5 minutes.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 25-30 thin wheat crackers (or something similar)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt (large granules)

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips in 20 second intervals, stirring after each one, until almost melted.
  • Once most chips are melted but there are still chunks of chocolate left, remove from microwave and stir until totally melted.
  • Dip cracker halfway, tapping off excess chocolate.
  • Place on parchment (waxed paper works too) lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
  • Place in refrigerator to set, about 5 minutes.
