Equipment

Ingredients
 
 

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise (generous)
  • ⅓ cup sour cream (scant)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce (choose your favorite brand, and how much you'd like!)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • ¼ cup milk or buttermilk (make the dressing your desired consistency by adjusting the amount of milk)

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together except the salt and pepper and milk.
  • Splash in milk until it is the desired consistency,
  • Season to taste and toss over your favorite chicken salad. I love this dressing with chicken and romaine!
