Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces medium cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ cup onions (diced)
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 15 ounces pinto beans (1 can)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 4 ounces green chiles (diced)

Instructions
 

  • In a saute pan, brown ground beef and onion until the beef is cooked and the onions are soft and translucent.
  • Add the spices and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Combine the ground beef mixture and the rest of the ingredients in the slow cooker. ⠀
  • Cook on low for up to 2 hours. Keep on the warm setting if you need to keep it melted for a gathering or party.
