Whisk the eggs in a bowl until they are well mixed. Cook in a large pan over medium heat until scrambled.
Place a spoonful of eggs on each tortilla followed by the cheese, bacon, and salsa.
Fold up the tortillas and serve. The tacos can also be stored in the refrigerator or freezer for later.

Tortilla Size: Six-inch tortillas work best for this recipe as they're the perfect size for handheld eating.
