Ingredients
For the Pull Apart Bread

Rhodes Frozen Bread Dough

tablespoons
butter

oranges
zested

brown sugar

white sugar

dried cranberries

For the Orange Glaze
2
cups
powdered sugar

orange
juiced
Instructions
For the Pull Apart Bread
Thaw the Rhodes Bread until soft and room
temperature.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Roll out the dough into about an 8x18 rectangle.
Melt the butter and drizzle it over the top of the rolled-out dough.
Sprinkle the brown and white sugar over the top.
Sprinkle the cinnamon, orange zest, and dried cranberries evenly over the dough.
Slice the dough into quarters by making a vertical and horizontal cut.
Stack the quarters on top of each other.
Cut the stack into quarters.
Line the cut quarters up in a greased loaf pan.
Let rise until doubled.
Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
For the Glaze
For the glaze, combine orange juice and powdered sugar. Adjust consistency with water until light and pourable.
Drizzle the orange glaze over the top of the pull apart bread.
