No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Bites

With just a few simple ingredients and basic kitchen tools, these no bake oreo cheesecake bites can be whipped up in no time at all!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 30 Oreos (crushed finely)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Oreos finely in the food processor or with a rolling pin.
  • Combine with the melted butter. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whip together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, cool whip, cheesecake pudding mix, and 1 cup of crushed Oreos.
  • Line a muffin tin with liners.
  • Spoon the remaining crushed Oreos into the muffin tin and press the crumbs down firmly.
  • Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the muffin tin.
  • Top wtih remaining crushed Oreos.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours.
