Recipe Variations:
I prefer using dried garlic as opposed to freshly minced garlic because it is easier to incorporate. If you like the stronger flavor of fresh garlic and don't mind if you bite into a little piece, then mince or crush fresh garlic cloves to use in place of the powder.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a teaspoon of cayenne chili powder for extra heat.
