Instructions
Whisk together the 1/4 cup water and corn starch to create a slurry.
In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch slurry, garlic, ginger, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, and honey. Whisk together.
Bring to a simmer and simmer until thickened, about 4 minutes.
Let cool. This recipe makes a pint.
