Sounds as these are going to be easy to fix, I a guy, am having 3 single guys over for dinner tonight, I'm making a beef roast and did not want to do the carrots with the roast, I am doing my roast on a rack and my carrots would fall through, I have a double oven so 425 works for carrots and slow cooking roast at 225. Thanks

I've made several different types of roasted carrots, but these are simply the best! I was not sure how the garlic powder and brown sugar would work together... turns out delicious!
