The easiest chicken bacon recipe you'll ever make - one sheet pan Chicken Bacon Sandwiches! A family favorite, delicious, and easy, all made on one pan!
Pour over chicken and let marinate for at least 60 minutes, up to 24 hours.
For the Sandwiches
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place marinated chicken and bacon on a sheet tray.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is almost done and the bacon is crisp.
Remove bacon from the sheet tray.
Place cheese slices over the chicken and place hamburger buns, inside down, on the sheet tray in the bacon grease.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted, the buns are browned, and the chicken registers 160-165 degrees on a thermometer.
Assemble sandwiches with the ranch, one piece of chicken, and one slice of bacon broken in half on each bun.

Notes
Use smaller chicken breasts that will fit easily on a hamburger bun. If the chicken breasts are large, cut them in half and pound them a little bit flatter with a rolling pin. Everything will bake more evenly if they are all about the same size. Please keep in mind that the nutrition facts for this recipe are calculated using the entire marinade, most of that will not actually remain on the chicken for the cooking process.
