Lemon salad dressing is an easy side dish and my favorite go-to, it comes together in minutes and is perfect for any salad. Pair this lemon vinaigrette with simple greens and some sliced onion for the easiest side dish ever!

freshly squeezed, about 2 lemons

Instructions
Pour lemon juice into a bowl, gradually whisk in the olive oil until light yellow and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour 1/2 of the dressing over the salad and toss. Taste and add more if needed or serve the remaining dressing for guests to dress.
