Homemade Turtle Candy

Ingredients

pecans

caramels
soft candy, unwrapped

tablespoons
heavy cream
1 1/2
cups
milk chocolate

sea salt
Instructions
Spread the pecans out on a lined sheet tray.
Melt the caramels and cream in the microwave in 30 second increments until it's almost completely melted. Stir until totally melted.
Drop tablespoons onto the pecans, spacing them out slightly.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until it's almost completely melted. Stir until totally melted.
Drizzle the chocolate over the top of the caramel dollops.
Sprinkle the tops with sea salt. Let set in the fridge until set.
Repeat until all the pecans are gone.
Notes
You will need to use soft caramels for this recipe.
You can use any kind of chocolate you prefer.
