Whisk together the peanut butter and powdered sugar.
Scoop rounded tablespoons onto a lined sheet tray.
Freeze for 15 minutes.
Combine the chocolate and oil in a glass mixing bowl.
Melt in 30 second increments in the microwave, stirring between each one. Stop heating the chocolate once it is 85% melted, stirring will melt the rest.
Dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate. Set on a lined sheet tray. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Alternatively, drizzle with additional melted chocolate or heated peanut butter.
