Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Slice the puff pastry crust into 6 even pieces.
Place the sections on a sheet tray.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry sections.
Spoon the blueberries over the cream cheese.
Sprinkle with lemon zest and coarse sugar.
