Fry Sauce Beef Burger

For the Fry Sauce

ketchup

mayonnaise
For the Burgers

Ground Beef

pepper

teaspoon
garlic powder

onion powder
1/8
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
For Serving

hamburger buns
lettuce
cheddar cheese
Instructions
Combine the ketchup and mayonnaise in a small bowl, set aside.
Combine the spices in a small bowl, set aside.
Divide the Ground Beef into 8 pieces and flatten into patties about 4 inches wide. They will be thin, but that is ok!
Season each piece with the spice mixture by sprinkling it on both sides.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of fry sauce onto 4 of the patties.
Use the remaining 4 patties as tops for the patties with fry sauce on them.
Gently crimp the edges with a fork, smoothing them with your hands afterwards.
Heat the grill to 400°F, about medium heat.
Place the burgers on the grates. This is easily done by using a grilling spatula.
Let the patties cook for about 8 minutes on eachside, until the internal temperature reaches 165 °F on a meat thermometer.
Serve the patties with additional fry sauce on hamburger buns with lettuce and cheese.
