Spinach Quiche
Spinach quiche is a delicious breakfast recipe that isn't as complicated as it sounds! Delicious ingredients in a flakey crust, perfect!

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Par-bake the crust for 10 minutes. Line the tart shell with foil or parchment and fill with pie weights to keep it from puffing up while baking.
Remove the pie weights and parchment or foil after par-baking before continuing with the recipe.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients.
Pour into the par-baked crust and bake for 40 minutes, or until the center registers 160ºF.
