Instructions
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet tray.
Drizzle the potatoes with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and add ham, asparagus, and Brussels sprouts to the tray with the potatoes.
Drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Roast everything in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until everything starts to brown.
