Instructions
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker.
Cook on low, stirring about every 30-45 minutes or until totally melted and combined.
Once melted, spoon tablespoonfuls onto a sheet pan and sprinkle tops with coarse salt, if desired.
Let set until firm. You can do this in the refrigerator or freezer to speed it up.
