Instructions
For the Instant Pot
Turn on the Instant Pot to saute mode. Heat olive oil until shimmering.
Brown chicken on all sides.
Add remaining ingredients
except for the cheese
to the Instant Pot. Make sure the pasta is submerged in the liquid.
Cook on manual high pressure for 6 minutes. Quick release.
Once pasta is cooked through, add the cheese and stir to combine.
For the Stovetop
In a pot, heat olive oil on medium heat.
Brown chicken.
Add remaining ingredients
except for the cheese
and bring to boil. Reduce and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once pasta is cooked through, add the cheese and stir to combine.
