Steak Kabob Recipe

Make a quick dinner or super easy appetizer with these steak kabobs!! Seasoned with Redmond Real Salt's Garlic Pepper, they are incredibly flavorful and easy!

  • 3 tablespoon Redmond Real Salt Garlic Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 steak about 4-6 ounces each, chopped
  • 1 yellow zucchini see note, chopped
  • 1 green zucchini chopped
  • 1 bell pepper any color, chopped
  • 1 purple onion medium, chopped


  • Place skewers in water to soak. 
  • Chop the steak into about 1-inch square pieces. Place in a container or bowl. 
  • Chop all the vegetables into about 1-inch square pieces. Place in a container or bowl
  • Toss steak with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of Garlic Pepper. 
  • Toss vegetables with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of Garlic Pepper. 
  • Assemble kabobs on skewers in any order you choose, alternating between veggies and meat. 
  • Grill or saute in a pan on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side, until the meat and veggies have nice browning on all sides. 
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. 


Everything on the kabobs should be about the same size. You can use any cut of steak you choose, and really any veggies you have on hand.
