Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ham and cheese sliders are a fast and delicious way to get a meal done quick or even a great appetizer for game day or party day. Packed with flavor and ultra cheesy!

  • 1 package sweet rolls or regular rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese or swiss or your favorite
  • 6 slices ham thick cut, 12 slices thin cut
  • 1/3 cup mayonaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon parsley dried or fresh


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
  • Slice the package of sliders in half lengthwise. 
  • Place the bottom half of the sweet rolls on a sheet tray or in a glass baking dish. 
  • Combine the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, sage, honey, salt, and pepper. 
  • Spread the sauce evenly on the top and bottom half (cut side) of the sweet rolls. 
  • Lay down the slices of ham evenly on the bottom half of the sweet rolls. 
  • Lay down the slices of cheese evenly on top of the ham. 
  • Place the top of the sweet rolls on. 
  • Combine melted butter and parsley and brush over the top of the sweet rolls. 
  • Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
