Quick Breakfast Idea: flavored yogurt + granola

Honey vanilla yogurt is an awesome quick breakfast idea. Buy plain yogurt and flavor it yourself to control sugar, flavor, and texture!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt greek or regular
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 vanilla bean see note
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all the above ingredients.
  • Taste and adjust flavors to your preference.
  • Serve with granola, fresh fruit, or fruit preserves!

Notes

If you do not have a vanilla bean, you can use vanilla bean paste or simple add more vanilla extract. Start by adding a teaspoon extra of vanilla extract, taste, and add more if needed.
