buttermilk

poppy seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Create a well in the dry ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients to the flour.
Whisk toegether until just combined.
Pour into a greased loaf pan (see note).
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
I use a standard size loaf pan, about 9×4 inches. If you want to use smaller loaf pans, you'll need to use two of them.
