Instructions
In a GRIZZLY 10-inch casserole, fry bacon until moderately done. Remove and let drain.
Add onions and cook until soft.
Add water to the pan and deglaze.
Combine cooked potatoes, the onion and water from the pan, ranch dressing, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
Pour back into the GRIZZLY 10-inch casserole.
Cover and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 5-10 minutes longer until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chives or scallions.
