Spice Mix

Rum Glaze

Instructions
In a large skillet, lightly toast pecans over medium heat. Set aside in a medium bowl.
Combine ingredients for the spice mix in a small bowl.
In the same pan you toasted the pecans in, melt the rum glaze ingredients together.
Pour rum glaze over the pecans. Toss to coat.
Pour the spice mix over the pecans, toss until evenly coated. Let cool.
