  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bullion
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  • In a medium saucepan or skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Whisk in the milk gradually until it's evenly combined.
  • Add spices and bullion, stir well.
  • Bring to a simmer and simmer on low for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
