Moroccan Couscous Recipe
Moroccan couscous is a really simple side dish that is easy to make! Vary the flavor to make it the perfect pairing to any main dish.

- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups moroccan couscous
- 1/2 cup half and half optional
Bring water, butter, spices, and garlic to a boil in a saucepan.
Add the couscous and mix briefly. Turn off heat.
Let sit for about 5 minutes, until the couscous is soft and water is absorbed.
Fluff with a fork and gently stir in half and half (optional).
