Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken raw, diced
  • 1/2 cup rice uncooked
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

For the Instant Pot

  • Add all of the ingredients to the Instant Pot. 
  • Cook on manual high pressure for 2 minutes. 
  • Allow to naturally release. 

For Stovetop

  • Add all ingredients to a large pot. 
  • Bring to a boil and simmer until chicken is cooked through and rice is cooked about 15-20 minutes.
