Instant Pot Chicken and Rice Soup Recipe

Pressure release 20 minutes
- 1 1/2 cups chicken raw, diced
- 1/2 cup rice uncooked
- 1 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1/2 cup celery
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
For the Instant Pot
Add all of the ingredients to the Instant Pot.
Cook on manual high pressure for 2 minutes.
Allow to naturally release.
