- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup purple onion sliced
- 12 ounces frozen peas one small bag, this can vary by a few ounces
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon mint fresh, minced
In a medium skillet, melt butter.
Add onions and cook until translucent.
Add peas, water, salt, and pepper.

Add mint and stir to combine.
