Well this is delicious! Maybe I’m weird but one of my big hang ups with making banana bread is mashing the bananas. That extra step just makes me not want to do it. So mixing them in whole is a revolutionary idea for me! So great!
Any ideas on why my quick breads always seem to sink a little in the middle?
