Check the note in ( ) for 2x and 3x it says the wrong amount of softened sticks of butter!!

These snowball pecan cookies taste delicious! I decided to freeze them even though I read online not to freeze cookies covered with powdered sugar. I took one out of the freezer last night and tried it a few hours later. They taste just as good as the day I baked them. Freezing the cookies didn't affect the powdered sugar at all.

In reply to Kim. If you freeze these, I would highly recommend you freeze dough balls before they are baked. That makes sure the cookies will be fresh!

Do you ever freeze these? Should I freeze dough balls or after they're baked but before they're dusted? Or are they some that are just better when they're fresh?
