With a soft (yet chewy!) golden peanut butter base, which is then decorated with a melty chocolate kiss – these cookies are beyond good. I mean, who can refuse the perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate? Not me, that’s for sure!
Plus, making these soft peanut butter cookies with kisses is an absolute breeze. With just a few classic ingredients, you can whip up these tasty treats in no time at all.
Although, I must mention that the key to wonderfully soft and chewy peanut butter cookies comes down to creaming the ingredients. Be sure to follow the timings when mixing your ingredients as outlined in the recipe – your dough should be slightly sticky but not too wet!

- Peanut butter
- Sugar
- Brown sugar
- Egg
- Vanilla extract

Instructions For Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
- Cream butter and sugar together, about 1 minute.
- Add the peanut butter and cream together until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Add the egg, milk and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
- mix until just combined and all the flour is incorporated.
- Scoop 1-inch balls onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes. When the cookies are done, remove from oven. Press a Hershey’s kiss gently into the center of each cookie while still hot.
