All of us live life in the country because we love it. We love wide open spaces, beautiful scenery, and the lifestyle it allows us to live. And showing our lifestyle to family and friends is all part of the fun, right?
I love to use Instagram to showcase my lifestyle and connect with so many other awesome people who also live life in the country! I think it is a great way to communicate why you love your lifestyle, everyone can relate to awesome photos.
If you’re interested in doing more with your Instagram account, I made a really helpful free training on how you can use it to better showcase your farm, property, land, acreage, whatever you call your little slice of heaven!
If you’ve already got it, how are you liking it?! I want to know. If you haven’t opened it or signed up to get one yet, here is a sneak peak from the training:
“The most important thing to remember when using Instagram to showcase your lifestyle and farm, is to be authentic. Tell a story, tell your story. That’s the whole point on Instagram, right? To tell stories through photos. People connect with authenticity better than anything else – just be you and showcase your real life.”
We also cover identifying the main purpose of your account, making your profile match that purpose, how to take awesome photos without a fancy camera, hashtag use, Instagram safety and more!
Additionally, we are running a super fun Instagram Showcase contest to go along with the training. It starts on WEDNESDAY and it’s going to be so much fun! I’ll give 8 photo challenges over the course of 2 weeks, and you just have to participate in one to be entered in the contest! I’ll be posting more detailed rules and with each photo challenge on Instagram, so watch out there.
I’m really excited about this challenge because it’s going to help you implement all the great ideas from the training for your Instagram account. I’m also really excited because I get to give away a prize worth $1000! Not only is the prize worth a lot money-wise, it’s going to provide you with a ton of value. More details will also be coming on that via Instagram and your email when you sign up for the training.
