					<description><![CDATA[Excellent recipe.  I’ve only made bread twice before with just average results.  This recipe seemed easy enough for me because I am not that skilled with bread making.  The only part of the recipe that confused me was whether 1 cup of mashed potatoes was just the potatoes mashed up or the type of mashed potatoes made with butter and milk (like for Sunday dinner). I opted to take the family’s advice and just use the plain potatoes mashed up.  I will definitely be making this again, over and over.  Thank you for sharing this recipe!]]></description>
