Hi Debra! So I was including the sage and thyme in the dry ingredients in the pie crust instructions. I have changed it now to be more specific. Thanks! If you wanted to bake a double crusted pie, I would try filling an unbaked pie crust and baking for 40 minutes, covering the top if it becomes too brown. Although I haven&#039;t done this myself, I think it would turn out great with a double crust!]]></description>
