Biscuit breakfast sandwiches are so easy to make and prepare for the freezer! Make a bunch in advance to have an easy breakfast on the go.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and with these biscuit breakfast sandwiches, you can be ready for anything your day throws at you.

Mornings are hectic times for many households. You have adults going to work, kids going to school. Everyone shuffling through the bathrooms, kitchen and then out the door. There just isn’t enough time for everything to get done every day and some days you may not have time to even feed yourself.

Meal prepping is a great way to reduce some of that morning stress.

With breakfast sandwich recipes like this one, you can have a tasty, filling and warm breakfast prepared way in advance. I love making these sheet pan eggs for the breakfast sandwiches. It makes everything go so much easier!

These biscuit breakfast sandwiches can be made using any combination of meats and even cheeses to help give you a nice variety in flavor so you don’t get tired of eating the same thing every day.

Some different meat ideas you can consider for your biscuit breakfast sandwich:

  • Breakfast sausage
  • Bacon
  • Deli sliced ham
  • Thin breaded chicken
  • Tofu
  • Turkey burger patties

Not only can you choose between any of the meats your breakfast loving heart desires, but you can also combine any of them into a meaty biscuit breakfast sandwich worthy of the gods.

Freezer biscuit sandwiches are delicious and easy to prepare. After assembling your sandwich, wrap in a paper towel, then in a baggy and freeze until ready to eat.

On the morning you are finally ready to eat this delicious treat, you can pull it out of the freezer and not even worry about thawing!

Perfect for a last minute meal or when you crawl into bed late at night and remember everything you forgot to do that day.

I usually use my homemade biscuit recipe or my homemade biscuit mix, but you can use any kind of biscuits you like!

How do you reheat a frozen breakfast sandwich?

To reheat a frozen breakfast sandwich all you have to do is microwave it for about 3 minutes (your time may vary).

The only trick to it is that you want to leave the paper towel on the biscuit breakfast sandwich while you are reheating it. Just make sure to dampen the paper towel before use. This helps to give some moisture back into those frozen biscuits and eggs so that your biscuit breakfast sandwich isn’t dry.

Now you can enjoy a delicious and warm breakfast in no time at all. It cooks in less time than it takes to brew your morning coffee! Not only that but if you wrap it in aluminum foil, you can make it into a portable breakfast to eat on the go.
