Classic Rice Krispies Treats Recipe

I am stockpiling sweet treats that don’t heat up the house for this summer. We don’t have an air conditioner, so things can get pretty roasty in the house if I decide that a dessert must be baked! No bake desserts are something I need to master!

What are your favorites?!?!?! My familyΒ never ate a lot of no-bake desserts when I was growing up so they aren’t the first recipes to come to mind when my sweet tooth hits.

My favorite thing about thisΒ rice krispies treats recipe is the extra whole marshmallows mixed in and the chocolate drizzle.Β If there is an opportunity to add chocolate to a treat, you better believe I’m going to be all over it. Obviously it is optional…but….why wouldn’t you?!
